With Anthony Vaccarello’s vision at the helm of the brand and a defined identity, his collection for Spring-Summer 2027 Men's Fashion Week plays with textiles, perfects its lines, and adds a playful touch through styling.

The Saint Laurent silhouette needs no renovation; however, today’s presentation showed us that it can be polished even further through the implementation of the new high-waisted trousers and layering with sweaters. Both continue to cut the man's figure at the waist and add volume to the bottom when necessary.

The colors were key: ranging from neutral tones and pastels in windbreakers to transparencies in footwear. Anthony Vaccarello makes the inclusion of plastics increasingly present in his collections, and while it seems like a risky decision for a Spring-Summer proposal, we think it brings that chic and daring edge that defines Saint Laurent.

The mastery of tailoring finishes and the power silhouettes observed through the mist also made us appreciate the details up close: buttons and applications stand out among the ensembles, reflecting light as if it were a lighthouse in the middle of midnight. Yet, they are also a superb finish by day; this collection is not limited to the absence of light, it is made for the man who walks toward his destiny, no matter the hour.

There was retro styling, trench coats with a sheen akin to lamé, and oversize sweaters in both reflective fabric and silk crêpe. Utility shifts and stops being pure formality, evolving man into a versatile concept that matches the women's collection, yet is adapted to the male anatomy. And this proves that seduction in what is unseen, yet made evident, makes it even more magical and aspirational.
